- 3 / 5By Daketa JacksonI actually shop at this Kroger EVERYDAY!!! And it is not because of the customer service. In reality, this Kroger location is the closest to my house. The selection is fairly wide due to the diverse crowd of shoppers. This is also the location nearest to Mercer University, so there are plenty of Mercer Students around. The store is usually packed, especially on Sundays. There is a pharmacy on site and the pharmacist, Dr. Clayton is great. All of that being said, the customer service is just okay...the cashiers sometimes act as if it is a hassle that they must ring up your groceries. The veteran cashiers tend to be good but they are not always there. But Tom Hill Sr. Location sets the bar. If it was closer, it would be my choice.December 15, 2016
