The quality of the cookies and pretzels are somewhat consistent with other locations, but every time I go in there looks to be no one over the age of 18 working. Today, they were completely out of pretzels and there was spilled food and drink covering the floor of the eating area. Two of the tables were filthy as well. We love Great American Cookie Company, but this store needs to tighten up.April 05, 2017
