- 1 / 5By Patti NeptuneThe employees are always rude and make changes customers feel very unwelcome. On three occasions I've witnessed them give PAYING customers a hard time for lingering, only to see the same employee allow a homeless man who hadn't bought anything at all, to sit at a table for more than two hours. The final straw came when two of these employees conspired with two young boys to steal my husband's phone. We both warched the boys hand off the phone to the Dunkin Donuts employee, who immediately went into the men's room..which is where we discovered the stolen phone. It had been placed inside the trash can, under the trash bag. The owner, the manager, and the corporation have done NOTHING regarding this issue...except to ask my husband not to return to their store.
It would appear the Dunkin Donuts company supports it's employees in committing felony crimes against regular, paying customers.
